We will have a block of rooms set aside at nearby hotels at varying price ranges and we will be in touch with you about details and how to register for hotel room. You are expected to pay for your own accommodations unless you qualify for travel support (see below to apply).

Registration fees include:
  • Full conference programme, conference pack, parking, lunches, morning and afternoon refreshments, and one guest to the social functions on 13, 14 & 15 October 2008.
  • Registration will only be confirmed once full and final payment has been received.
  • All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing. Telephonic cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Cancellations up to 31 August 2008 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee, up to 30 September 2008 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee and cancellations after 30 September 2008 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
  • "No show" of delegates will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
